How are the bagels shipped to ensure freshness?

Our bagels are par-baked and flash-frozen immediately to lock in moisture and flavor. They are shipped in insulated packaging with dry ice or gel packs to maintain the perfect temperature until they reach your door.

Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?

All of our standard bagels are vegan (no eggs or dairy). While we do not currently offer a certified gluten-free bagel due to the risk of cross-contamination in our traditional kettles, we are always exploring new recipe developments.

How should I store and reheat my bagels?

For the best experience, slice and freeze your bagels upon arrival. To reheat, toast directly from the freezer until the outside is crispy and the inside is chewy. Never refrigerate your bagels, as this will cause them to go stale faster.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Please note that shipping times to Alaska and Hawaii may vary, and we recommend selecting expedited shipping for the best quality.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or canceled up to 48 hours before their scheduled ship date. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, we are unable to make changes.
